HOT103 Pray for Japan QR code billboard: YES! It scans from the street!

Way to go, HOT designers, getting the code in there large enough to scan from street level! That maximizes people’s opportunity to give by turning the billboard itself into a further connection to the Red Cross.
HOT tells me “tons” of shirts have sold, which is great for donations, and also great for familiarizing the Winnipeg market (including the Mayor!) with QR code campaigns. I’m not sure if this is the first QR billboard in Winnipeg, but you couldn’t ask for tech ambassadors with better reach than Ace & Chrissy.
